When we work with you to plan your new smart home, you will have a common view of everything in one place, even different types of devices, which gives you the convenience of knowing the status of your home without having to switch from app to app.
From this view, known as a dashboard, you can check the status of your devices, turn things on or off individually, and even create orchestrations to control many devices in your home at once with one voice command or touch of the screen.
Movie night? No problem. One press of a button and your blinds will close, your media room accessories will start up, accent lights will aluminate, and other devices will dim for just the right movie experience. We can even turn on your popcorn maker…
Morning routine? Once voice command and your blinds open, your favorite wake up music starts, the temperature is set, and any other setting is adjusted to get your day started right.

Environment Sensing / Comfort / Green Home

We also know that, a smart home done right, can also help reduce your impact on the environment by reducing your homes dependency on expensive external resources. In turn, this includes making your home more reliant on the environment you live in.
The more sensors your home has, the more potential it has to be smarter. These include visual triggers through cameras, occupancy events, temperature events, humidity, movement, and others, all allowing your system to react to your environment.
This includes smart temperature control and room sensors, island (non-grid tied) solar systems, smart shading for room temperature control, and many others.
For example, our Design Consultants can show you how a temperature sensor in your bedroom will lower your blinds in that room in the event it reaches your “too hot” temperature. Other examples include motion sensing and occupancy sensing switches to automatically turn of the lights in a room once the room is empty for a period of time.
