OUR PROCESS
We feel it is important for our customers to understand our process. We do this because when we start working with you, we want to make sure you don’t feel out of control. Our customer experience is very important to us and we strive to have each customer have the best experience possible.

STEP 1: DISCOVERY
Our process begins with us working closely with you to discover your vision for your smart home. Some of our customers already have some ideas while others are hoping for a full guided experience. We have you covered in both cases. Once we have a good idea of the direction you want to go, we will make recommendations based on our product offerings what best fits your needs and budget.
Once we are sure we have things firmed up a bit, we will provide you with a proposal which will outline the things we spoke about, your desires, our offering, and an estimated “budgetary” cost.
If you feel like we have a solid solution, we will collect the deposit for the system and we will get things ordered.

STEP 2: PLANNING
The first part of this step is that your project is assigned to one of our project managers. This step is where we take off the rough edges of your system. We will determine wire run lengths, locations for equipment, buildouts if needed, etc. At this stage, we will usually have it down to the exact count of screws and brackets needed.
Your project manager and your design consultant will keep you posted on progress, designs, order delivery status, and everything else to do with your solution.
Once we have everything lined up, your project manager will call you to schedule the big day. We will ask you to verify that the installation site is ready for our installers to come in and we will receive the final payment on any outstanding balance.

STEP 3: INSTALLATION
Our professional installers will arrive at the agreed upon time and begin the installation process. The installers will work closely with the project manger to ensure everything goes in without any issues. If we do find something that was not expected, our installers will work with the project manager to get things worked out.
We only use top of the line products and equipment to install that product. In some of our bigger jobs, we might reach out to our product partners for some extra hands.
Rest assured, you are in good hands. We train all of our installers and expect the best of the best. No cutting corners and no compromise in our process. We will always do our best to leave things better than we found them and expect our customers to have a smile on their face when we leave.

STEP 4: CONFIGURATION
Installation is just the beginning of your smart home solution. We also need to add our integration and automation to each install. The integration step is to get all of your components working together. This includes making sure your control system is in place and that all of your new devices are operating as we design them with the other devices in your system. This includes setting up your dashboard with your devices, your smart phone, and enabling your voice commands. We will also setup your buttons on your smart switches at this stage.
Once we have that step complete, we move on to automation. This is where some of the cool stuff takes place. If you have purchased sensors for your solution, here is where we will set those up. This is also where we will do your scene creation. These will include a Good Morning and Good Night scene, and others as discussed during the discovery phase of your project.

STEP 5: TRAINING
Lastly, we are going to take you for the grand tour of your new system. We will provide you with a list of example command that we have setup so you can get use to the features of your new system. If you purchased the natural speaking component, you will be able to talk to your system just as you talk to another human and things will get done.
This is the time we will also provide you with a list of components that your system uses. These can be useful in the event you have questions about how your system operates. If you purchased a support agreement from us, you will only have one number you will need to call. We will handle all of the details for you.
Our final step is to follow up with you to make sure you are absolutely loving your new system.
